If you are a high-quality, insured, licensed Class A and B remodeling contractor working in the Charlottesville, VA, area, we would like to speak with you. We need remodeling contractors to renovate homes for our clients.

We send you referrals and schedule visits.

BuildSAGE will make qualified referrals to you at no charge. BuildSAGE’s online dashboard will provide most of the specifications for the scope of work prior to first contact with Homeowner. This information will be available to you before your first visit, potentially saving you multiple pre-bid visits.

We provide contracts and collect payments.

Once you submit a proposal, BuildSAGE will convert the proposal to an attorney-designed “Construction Agreement”. You will review and approve the agreement before submission to the Homeowner. BuildSAGE will collect payment from the Homeowner and distribute it to you as designated milestones are achieved. You do not have to deal with billing or collections.

We document all communication.

BuildSAGE's online dashboard will document all communication between you and the Homeowner, including material selections and change orders. This eliminates misinformation due to miscommunication.
